Enrollment
Children interested in late enrollment can be auditioned by taking a trial class. Acceptance and placement will be at the discretion of a teacher.

Mandatory
attendance of classes and rehearsals
2 or more absences—child may lose the opportunity to perform. (This is at the teaches discretion and depends on many variables).

Behavior
Children will enter studio quietly 5 minutes before class and be properly attired.

Girls will have hair tidy in bun or pony tail.
No jewelry should be worn or brought to class and the school will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Tuition for 2008–2009 School Year (10 Months)
Tuition must
be paid by check or cash.
After the 10th of the month a $15 late fee will be accessed.

other performances.
Costumes: $40–$80 each (down payment $50 due with November tuition,
balance due January tuition, down payment not refundable).
Tickets to the Recital or other performances.
Group photo: $20 mandatory (will be collected at April tuition).
Personal photo—(optional)
Competition Fees—TBA (paid to competitions).
Recital Participation Fee (June 2009): $80 (payment due with April tuition).

Registration Package
In order to register with Bayer
Ballet Academy, please print all required forms, fill them out and sign
wherever necessary and bring along with the registration fee to the 1st
class.
