All new students must email BBA at info@bayerballetacademy.com for proper placement before registering.

All returning students are requested to log into their customer portals, view their recommended schedules, review current BBA registration information, then read and approve current BBA policies which can be found in the customer portal (use link on right upper corner).

At the pre-ballet level there is some flexibility with the schedule if you cannot commit to the program as scheduled please email us at info@bayerballetacademy.com, and we can help you find a class to work with your child's level of commitment.

Rules and Responsibilities

Enrollment
If you wish to enroll your child after the start of the semester, they may audition for the school by taking a trial
class ($20).

Mandatory attendance of classes and rehearsals
Students are expected to attend classes regularly and parents must call ahead if the child will be absent. Rehearsals are mandatory for children who expect to perform in any of our shows; two or more absences from rehearsals and the dancer may lose his or her opportunity to perform.

When to arrive and what to wear
Students should be ready to enter the studio 5 minutes before classes begin. There are dedicated changing rooms. Please do not change in the reception area. Students must be properly attired (see chart (LINK)), no jewelry may be worn and hair must be tidy. Personal belongings should be neatly stored in the dressing rooms during class. The school will maintain a "Lost and Found" but dispose of items from it monthly by donation to charity. The school is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Tuition for 2011–2012 School Year (10 Months)

Tuition must be paid by check, cash or online by credit card (If paid online there is an additional 3% charge).
After the 10th of the month a $20 late fee will be accessed.
Bounced check fee—$20
Tuition will not be refunded for missed classes.
All fees are based on the full tuition and are not dependent on the number of classes per month.
Registration and tuition fees are non-refundable.
For families with more than one child enrolled, a 10% discount is applied to the tuition of every additional child (discount give to the child/children with the lower monthly tuition).

For students not registered with BBA:

30 min—$50

Private lessons must be paid for in advance.
Cancellation notice must be given at least 24 hours prior to scheduled private lesson
by e-mail to info@bayerballetacademy.com and cc to the teacher.
Private lessons fees are non-refundable and forfeited if student does not show up for class.
